This Valentine's Day, show some love to your bestie. She's been there for you through breakups and drama, now be there for her through a tough workout.

Sign yourself up for the Feb. 14 evening barre class at Tuck Barre & Yoga's Point Breeze studio and bring your friend for free.

The drop-in rate is $15. Class will start at 6:30 p.m. and last 45 minutes.

For those new to barre, the workout mixes elements of ballet, pilates and yoga. It's all about high reps of small range-of-motion movements. During the session you'll be focused on strength and toning.
