Leslie Knope's favorite holiday is coming up. Feb. 13 is Galentine's Day, which has turned from a fictional holiday on "Parks and Recreation" into a real-life thing.
It's kind of like Valentine's Day except instead of celebrating your significant other, you celebrate your female friendships. Aww.
On Galentine's Day this year, City Tap House in University City is doing something special. There will be "Parks and Rec" Quizzo at the bar. Grab a gal pal or your whole lady-squad and prepare for a night of trivia, drinks, waffles and laughs.
Quizzo is free to attend, but make sure to register before showing up. It starts at 9 p.m. There will be a waffle bar and drink specials.
Before the event, you may want to brush up on your "Parks and Rec" trivia (as if you needed a reason to binge watch, again) because there will be prizes. First place will get a $100 City Tap House gift card and the runner up will receive a $25 gift card. The team with the best name will get a round of drinks on the house.
