It was not some promotional gag or foolishly premature announcement: Philadelphia's own Kevin Hart is officially a married man again.

Hart, 37, tied the knot Saturday night in Santa Barbara, exchanging vows with 31-year-old model and socialite Eniko Parrish. The couple had been dating for five years and got engaged in August 2014. A year later, Hart told "Entertainment Tonight" that the marriage would take place on August 8, 2016.

When that date came and went, we wondered whether the superstar actor and comedian was still going through with it, or what?

Not a doubt in his mind.

"I'm excited. I got a good one," Hart told ENews. "And I think this time around—this is marriage number two. I've made mistakes in the past and as you get older you grow and you change, and at this point in my life, this is what I want. I'm ready for it."

Hart had shared pictures recently from Parrish's bachelorette party and acknowledged that the day was all about her, right down to the price tag for the wedding.

"I already feel married," he told Entertainment Weekly, which gave him a cover story this week in the days leading up to the ceremony.

Early photos of the actor's big day began to appear on Instagram early Sunday morning.

Hart has been an incredibly busy man over the past year: "The Secret Life of Pets," "Central Intelligence," "Ride Along 2," and several major projects in the work. He'll team up with Dwayne Johnson again for a reboot of the 1995 classic "Jumanji," appear with Bryan Cranston in a remake of the 2011 French dramedy "The Intouchables,"  rhyme with Motown Records as Chocolate Droppa, and launch his own streaming comedy series, "Laugh Out Loud," to give a platform to emerging comics.

He's also making an entire emoji collection of himself and running like a madman, so at least he has a little spare time to kick around at home and on the road. That's important to him, he told Entertainment Weekly.

"Regardless of my level of success, I don't ever want to lose the family feeling of a home," he told Entertainment Weekly. "I don't want to be in a mansion where I have to find my kids on the east wing. I want to sit on the couch and be able to yell into the kitchen, 'Hey come on, let's go outside and ride a bike!'"

Best wishes to the Hart family on a loving and prosperous marriage.
