Spend a day focused on wellness at The Positivity Charge retreat

Re-charge through positive thinking

The Positivity Charge will host a daylong retreat in Rittenhouse on Saturday, March 25.

The retreat focuses on re-charging participants' focus on wellness through workshops, workouts, motivational speakers and the power of positive thinking.

The retreat kicks off with a group workout at 9:50 a.m. Leading the session will be Tania “The Machine” Baron.

Baron was a backup dancer for Britney Spears and has worked with Shaun T. on popular fitness programs like "Insanity" and "CIZE."

Following the workout, attendees choose a workshop to attend. There are three sessions available. Choose to build a vision board, practice meditation or learn about healthy eating.

Dr. Jennifer Caudle, D.O., a board-certified family medicine physician and assistant professor in the department of family medicine at Rowan University's School of Osteopathic Medicine, is the invited speaker at the retreat. Baron will also deliver a motivational keynote address.

Lunch will be provided by Sweetgreen, and there will be a wellness expo for attendees to explore. Local businesses like The Juice Merchant, Orange Cryo Wellness, Talia Eidel, Ana Ono Intimates and vegan cosmetic line Baby Bat Beauty will be there.

Tickets for The Positivity Charge retreat range from $70 to $105.
