East Passyunk has experienced an exciting revitalization over past few years, with new businesses coming to the avenue, including several award-winning restaurants and art studios.

The buzz has gotten the attention of one of the city’s major-league cultural attractions, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which will partner with the area’s neighborhood association to bring reproductions of its world-class art to the avenue this summer.

According to Passyunk Square Civic Association’s March meeting minutes, a representative from the Philadelphia Museum of Art was in attendance to present information about the Inside/Out program, a partnership with PSCA and its neighboring civic association, East Passyunk Crossing.

The artwork will be on display at outdoor sites around the South Philly neighborhood from May 15-August 9. Exact locations have yet to be announced.
