In case you haven't heard, Philadelphia is hosting the NFL Draft tonight on the Art Museum steps and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. And even though the festivities won't officially get underway for a few hours, Eagles fans are already out in full force. Here are the best tweets of what is happening on the Parkway.
