Beer garden possibly coming to Atlantic City Boardwalk this summer

A developer has submitted a proposal to the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority for approval

A developer is eyeing up a section of the Atlantic City Boardwalk for an oceanside beer garden, the Press of Atlantic City reports.

According to The Press, a proposal by Dectrinity LLC has been submitted to the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, which oversees the stretch of boardwalk space the project is targeting, to be voted on for approval on May 16.

If approved, the plan will bring what’s being called a “Bungalow Biergarten,” the Press said, with two bars, an outdoor eating area and enough seating for several hundred people just steps away from the ocean and sand.
