Joseph Clancy, the former Comcast executive turned Secret Service agent, has nabbed a permanent spot as President Barack Obama's security team.

This isn't Clancy's first stint with government security, Philadelphia Magazine reported.

Clancy has a long history with Philadelphia, Philly Mag reported.

“Before getting into the presidential protection business, Clancy was, among other things, the director of national special security events for Homeland Security and a history teacher at Father Judge in Philadelphia. He graduated from Villanova.”
