A Delaware County man has been arrested for robbing the same bank in Delaware twice more than two years ago, police announced Saturday.

According to Delaware State Police, 29-year-old Marece Scott of Chester was extradited from Atlanta, Georgia, in August by U.S. Marshals.

Scott was taken back to Delaware and identified as the suspect in the Oct. 2012 and Jan. 2013 robberies, according to authorities.

Both incidents happened at the Artisans' Bank located at 1124 Pulaski Highway in Bear.

In both robberies, Scott was brandishing a handgun and took money before fleeing the bank, police say.

Scott has been charged with robbery, two counts of wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy.

He was taken to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington on $374,000.00 bail.
