The Philadelphia Police Department is giving away free water ice beginning at 3 p.m. Wednesday in West Philadelphia.
Line up for a lick: The Philadelphia Police Department's 18th District begins cruising with free water ice, beginning at 3 p.m.
The district is headquartered at 55th and Pine streets.
The truck pulls out at 3 p.m. and will not be back until all of the water ice is given away.
