The building is located west of Johnson Park in Camden, near the Rutgers University-Camden campus at Front and Cooper streets.
The Camden Board of Education Administration Building – which formerly was home to the executive offices for RCA Victor – is for sale with a $6.7 million minimum bid.
Eldridge R. Johnson founded Victor Talking Machine Co. and ran RCA Victor from this grand office on the building's seventh floor.
This is the view from the building, looking west toward Philadelphia and the Delaware River.
Ornate architectural details adorn many of the RCA Victor Building's ceilings. During recent years, some of this decoration was hidden behind drop ceilings.
