36-year-old Semeinta Siganoff, of Devon, is charged with theft by deception and fortune telling.
A Main Line woman has been charged with theft by deception and fortune telling after police investigated a report from an alleged client that she progressively raised her fees per session, charging $24,000 between February and December 2014.
According to 6 ABC 36-year-old Semeinta Siganoff, of Devin, came under investigation of Tredyffrin Township police after the alleged victim notified them of her spiritual reading, meditation and life improvement services.
The victim told police that each time she visited Siganoff's business on the 700 block of Lancaster Avenue, the fees for her services would increase.
Following the investigation, Siganoff was arrested and charged.
