The Frosé (rosé, petal and thorn vermouth, strawberry) and Hurricane (light & dark rum, orange juice, passionfruit juice, lime juice) frozen cocktails at Assembly Rooftop Lounge.

This Saturday, your motto should be "rosé all day."

In case you weren't aware, June 9 is a holiday. It's National Rosé Day – an excuse to celebrate the pink wine that's the de facto drink of summer.

This new bar was made with outdoor drinking in mind. Sit beneath the twinkling lights and decorated veranda to enjoy either (or both!) of the two rosé wines on draft.

There's also a brunch cocktail called the Strawberry Swing, which is made with sparkling rosé, vodka, lemon and strawberry.
