Rock Allegiance festival brings Rob Zombie, Korn to PPL Park

This will be the park's first live music event

Monster Energy announced Monday that a rock festival is coming to PPL Park on Saturday, Oct. 10. Rock Allegiance will be the Park's first live music event, featuring three stages of music, lots of craft beer and a "Gourmet Man Food" experience.

So far, the festival's lineup includes big names like Rob Zombie, Korn, Godsmack and Bring Me the Horizon. Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, In This Moment, Atreyu, Hollywood Undead, Saint Asonia, Pop Evil, Nothing More, Butcher Babies, Art of Dying, Glorious Sons, The Temperance Movement, Charm City Devils, Devour The Day, From Ashes To New, Unlocking The Truth and Dorothy will also perform.

Victory, Troegs, Star Hill, Fordham & Dominion, Evolution and New Belgium are the festival's craft beer partners. The "Gourmet Man Food" experience is essentially a gathering of local brands like Sum Pig and Mama's Meatballs. Why this particular menu is labeled as "Man Food" remains to be seen.
