People selling Blue Bell ice cream on Craigslist for thousands of dollars

Would you buy ice cream on Craigslist? What about ice cream with a history of Listeria bacteria?

Despite the recent recall of all of Texas-based Blue Bell Creamery's frozen products due to continuing problems with the Listeria bacteriapeople are taking to Craigslist to sell their old tubs of ice cream, Eater reports.

And they're charging a hefty price for it.

One person in Austin is selling a pint of "Krazy Kookie Dough" for $10,000.

Another person in Dallas is also selling their ice cream for $10,000, advertising it as "Listeria-free."

Blue Bell website's FAQ urges people not to eat its products.

"Please don't consume Blue Bell products," the company writes. "Instead, please return the product to the store where you purchased it for a refund."
