There has been a lot of Ben Simmons talk over the past few weeks, and on Monday, Sixers CEO Scott O’Neil reportedly even hinted that the team is “thinking SEC” with the first pick in the upcoming NBA Draft. Unless the Sixers are insanely high on Jamal Murray, Simmons is probably going to be the choice.
Flying somewhat under the radar, the Sixers also have a couple of important picks to make late in the first round. With the entire Sixers Beat crew on board today, we highlighted a couple of players (primarily wings) that we think Bryan Colangelo and the front office should target with the 24th and 26th picks.
