Philadelphia Eagles RT Lane Johnson isn't going down without a fight after being suspended for the second time for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing drugs. Johnson initially appealed the suspension, and lost. According to Albert Breer of the MMQB, Johnson has filed unfair labor practice charges against the NFL and NFLPA.
