Streamline, a tech-enabled real estate company that focuses on the acquisition and development of residential properties in urban markets, is launching The Streamline Experience, the new way to shop new construction homes. Home buyers and agents will now have the ability to walk through their new construction home and step into an interactive virtual reality tour of their desired floor plans before their home is built. Using the recently launched HTC Vive, buyers get the opportunity to engage with the layout of their new home by navigating from room to room, with the use of a controller, to view the functionality of their future living spaces.
On Thursday, April 11, Streamline is throwing a free happy hour event to launch The Streamline Experience in their designer showroom. All guests will have the chance to immerse themselves into a virtual reality model home and see the luxe home finishes in extensive life-like detail. Guests will experience first-hand how technology has transformed the home buying experience for first-time and seasoned home buyers.
