Topics are carefully selected to address today's most pressing workplace issues, providing practical strategies and actionable takeaways that attendees can immediately implement when they return to work. In addition to concurrent sessions, attendees can participate in two dynamic Mega Session blocks that bring everyone together for larger presentations focused on emerging trends, innovative ideas, and the future of the workplace.
The conference also features three general sessions:

Lu Ann Cahn
Through inspiring stories and practical insights, Cahn demonstrates how embracing change and stepping outside a comfort zone can spark innovation, strengthen leadership, and build more resilient organizations.
Beyond the educational sessions, the conference offers countless opportunities to build relationships with fellow HR professionals, speakers, sponsors, and industry leaders. Returning by popular demand is the Sunday Sunset Cruise, a favorite networking event that kicks off the conference with beautiful waterfront views, dinner, and relaxed conversation. Advance registration is required.
Networking, woven throughout the entire conference experience, continues Monday evening during a reception at the Atlantic City Convention Center, providing another opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen professional connections. The expo center connects attendees with sponsors and exhibitors offering the latest HR technology, employee benefits, recruiting solutions, compliance resources, learning and development tools, wellness programs, and other business services. It's known as the place to discover innovative solutions, compare products, and connect with experts who understand today's workplace challenges.
Attendees are also encouraged to participate in the annual fundraising auction benefiting the SHRM Foundation, supporting scholarships, education, research, and workforce initiatives while enjoying the chance to win exciting prizes. One of the first items up for auction is a personalized, customized resume review valued at $1,250–$2,000 to help you prepare for your next career move.
