A 63-year-old woman is in critical condition after being struck by a car in South Philly, 6 ABC reports.
The driver reportedly hit the woman at Oregon Avenue and 9th Street, fleeing the scene. The woman was rushed to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
After searching for a four door red Ford Focus with a Pennsylvania tag, police were able to locate the vehicle and arrest Joseph Fetko in Aston, Delaware County.
An investigation is ongoing.
