The Philadelphia police are seeking help to identify this man, who law enforcement officials say allegedly bit a woman's arm during the 'Made in America' concert on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia on Sept. 4, 2016.

Say what you want about the inflated prices of food at concerts, but no matter how hungry you might be, there's no excuse for biting another person.

But, according to police, that's exactly what one man did at the "Made in America" concert held Labor Day weekend on the Ben Franklin Parkway.

According to police, at about 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, a 19-year-old concertgoer was walking in the general admission area, along the 2600 block of Ben Franklin Parkway, when a man — who, police said, the woman didn't know — grabbed her by the arm and then bit into her forearm.

The woman sustained cuts and bruising from the incident, police said. She was treated at a medical tent at the concert for her injuries, officials said.

Someone nearby at the concert took a photo of the man who police suspect to be the biter, and police have shared the photo in the hopes of identifying him.

According to police, the suspect is in his 30s, with long braided hair. During the concert, he was wearing a pink, button-down shirt; a black, white and gray “True Religion” cap; and appeared to have a crown tattoo on his chest, police said.
