Brian Hickey

Brian Hickey has been a journalist in Philadelphia and South Jersey for the past 20 years, most recently as an editor at WHYY covering the mayoral race and stories throughout the city. He’s written for Deadspin and NewsWorks and other outlets, and has been honored by the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association, Pa. Society of Professional of Journalists and others. Raised in Haddon Township, he lives in East Falls with his wife Angela and son Louden. There, he hosts Quizzo every other Tuesday night (come on out sometime!) and coaches in the neighborhood’s youth-soccer program. Tweet at him @brianphickey.
