In fact, Howie Roseman tried to hire him to be the personnel chief before eventually landing Joe Douglas. Jeremiah has a lot of friends in the Eagles' front office, and so, that makes him worth listening to when he discusses the team.

All offseason long, Eagles linebacker Mychal Kendricks has been on the trade block. Kendricks wants out, and the Eagles are willing to part with him if a decent enough offer comes along. However, with a lack of depth at linebacker, as well as the potential for starting linebacker Nigel Bradham to face discipline from the NFL for two separate arrests last season, observers have wondered if the Eagles would be better served just holding onto Kendricks.

Eagles sign veteran defensive back Corey Graham

The Eagles need more help at corner than they do at safety, though they can use all the help they can get in coverage. While Graham has converted to safety in the later stages of his career, and the Eagles called him a safety in their roster announcement, it wouldn't be far-fetched for the Eagles to give Graham a look at corner, given their current personnel there.

On Tuesday, the Philadelphia Eagles were in full pads, and tackled to the ground. They will do the same tomorrow on Thursday. And so, Wednesday was something of a sandwich day in between two tough practices here at training camp, so the team took something of a breather, practicing in shells and shorts for the first time in a while. Still, there was action worth noting today.
