Acclaimed Yogi, Author and Isha Foundation Founder Sadhguru is bringing his world-renowned Inner Engineering yoga program to Philadelphia this spring, offering thousands the rare opportunity to learn a powerful daily practice directly from the provocative and engaging thought leader himself. The two-day program will take place on Saturday April 27 and Sunday, April 28 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Registration is now open.
The Inner Engineering program empowers participants to create the life they want through a simple 21-minute holistic practice called Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. Rooted in ancient yogic science, this comprehensive process has been found to offer a host of physical and psychological health benefits. When done regularly, studies have shown that the practice can improve sleep quality, reduce symptoms associated with anxiety and depression, and address the root causes of chronic ailments like hypertension, migraines and asthma.
“Inner Engineering is neither a religion, nor a philosophy or dogma,” said Sadhguru. “It is a technology for wellbeing. One does not have to believe or disbelieve, just has to learn to use. Technology will produce results irrespective of who you are.”
Sadhguru’s life and work at the Isha Foundation serves as a reminder that the inner science of yoga is not just an esoteric philosophy from the past, but a relevant and life-transforming practice that is relevant to our lives today. Under his leadership, the Isha Foundation has grown into an international movement run by seven million volunteers dedicated to raising human consciousness and fostering global harmony through individual transformation. Sadhguru has also authored over 50 titles – including the New York Times best-seller Inner Engineering, A Yogi’s Guide to Joy – and has been invited to speak at the world’s leading political and academic forums, including the United Nations, World Economic Forum and Harvard School of Medicine.
