July 28, 2016
Brooklyn Brewery Mash, an annual international traveling tour hosted by the brewery, will stop in nine cities this year -- and Philly happens to be one of them. The 2016 beer tour will roll into town on Aug. 25 and stay through Aug. 28. On each day, a different beer-centric event is planned. Tickets for all events are currently on sale.
Brooklyn Brewery chef Andrew Gerson and the team from Philly's popular Bing Bing Dim Sum will work together to create a one-night-only menu that pulls from Chinese dishes, Jewish dishes and other cuisines.
To accompany the dinner, a range of rare and unique beers will be set out on each table -- the more friends dining together, the more beer the table gets. The whole night centers around tasting and talking about the food and drink with your table of friends.
