Strike a pose.

Take a breath during the hectic holiday season with Grace & Glory Yoga in Fishtown. The studio is inviting all to relax during candlelit yoga on Tuesday, Dec. 19 – parents can bring their kids.

While instructor Brittany Everett leads attendees through poses, an a cappella group will perform soothing holiday tunes.

Instead of a class fee, the studio is asking for a $25 donation, which will be given to Africa Yoga Project. The project aims to bring positive change to communities and youth in Africa through yoga.

Africa Yoga Project's vision is “to create opportunities for youth to step into their greatness and become self-sustaining leaders in their communities.”

After the class, complimentary holiday treats will be served.
