Ben Puchowitz's mother, Sue Puchowitz, an artist based out of Cheltenham, created these 48 dumplings out of clay. The photos hang in Bing Bing Dim Sum.
Bing Bing Dim Sum will host a multicourse dinner on Tuesday, March 14. Each course will be paired with a Neshaminy Creek brew.
Since the brewery generally makes German-style beers, the dinner will fuse Eastern European and Cantonese dishes.
Attendees may be surprised by how well the two cuisines go together. Creative dishes like matzo scrapple and corned beef egg rolls will be served.

The four-course beer dinner will be $44.99 per person. Reservations are required. They can be made by calling Bing Bing Dim Sum at (215) 279-7702.
Two seating times will be available on March 14: 6:30 p.m. or 8:30 p.m.
