Try the white truffle lobster roll ($18) or the classic lobster grilled cheese ($13) this winter.

You may think of a lobster roll as a summertime treat, but Luke's Lobster wants to remind you it's open year round.

On Wednesday, Jan. 16, Luke’s is rolling out a new item and an old favorite for the winter.

Get ready for the white truffle lobster roll. The indulgent dish just might get you to venture into the cold.

The roll ($18) will be available through the end of April.

"Our white truffle roll is drizzled with warm, melted butter infused with Italian white truffles harvested by the Urbani family, who has been hunting and passing down knowledge of the world’s finest truffles for generations," states Luke's.

Also, the popular lobster grilled cheese ($13) is returning to the menu for the winter. It's made with melted cheddar and chunks of lobster on buttered and toasted organic white bread.
