The Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show returns to the Pennsylvania Convention Center Nov. 6-8 with 195 artists exhibiting one-of-a-kind works across 13 categories of craft and design.

Nearly 200 artists from across the country will bring one-of-a-kind works to the Pennsylvania Convention Center this fall for the 50th Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show.

The show runs Friday, Nov. 6, through Sunday, Nov. 8, in Exhibit Hall F at 12th and Arch streets. This year’s juried event will feature 195 artists working across 13 categories of craft and design, with all of the work on display available for purchase. Artists receive 100% of the proceeds from their sales.

Attendees can browse everything from ceramics, glass and wood to jewelry, furniture, leather, paper and wearable art.

The Craft Show festivities begin with the Preview Party on Thursday, Nov. 5, from 4-9 p.m. Guests can meet participating artists and shop the show before it opens to the public. Preview Party tickets also include admission during all three days of the Craft Show.

Once the public show opens Friday, several special events are included with admission. At 1 p.m., “Fit to be Tied” will offer an interactive presentation on styling scarves and shawls.

Saturday’s programming begins at noon with the “Find Your Style” fashion event, featuring one-of-a-kind clothing, jewelry, leather and other wearable pieces from participating artists.

Later Saturday, clay artists Syd Carpenter, Adebunmi Gbadebo and Roberto Lugo will take part in a 2 p.m. discussion about their work and the history and future of ceramics. The talk is included with admission, though seating is limited and reservations are required.

General admission is $20 for one day or $25 for two days. Tickets for children younger than 12 are $5, and groups purchasing 10 or more tickets can receive a discounted rate. Tickets are on sale now.

The show benefits the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Organizers say it has contributed more than $15.3 million to the museum over the past 49 years, supporting exhibitions, education programs, acquisitions, conservation and publications.
