Philadelphia's first Red, White, & Blue To-Do festival will be held Tuesday, July 2, throughout Old City. The event, which celebrates the day the Continental Congress voted to declare freedom from Great Britain, will include a parade, restaurant specials and other festivities throughout Philly's historic district.

The new show is a spinoff of 'Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?' and will feature a panel of celebrities helping contestants answer elementary-level questions.

Police are searching for a man accused of attacking a woman with a piece of wood on Kelly Drive on Thursday. A 29-year-old woman was allegedly approached by a man who asked her for a lighter then struck her on the right side of her face with a wooden stick, police say. She was treated at the hospital for bruising, swelling and a lacerated lip and is in stable condition.

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man accused of trying to spy on a female shopper in a dressing room at the King of Prussia Mall on Wednesday afternoon. The female shopper told police she observed the suspect hold a cellphone over the top of the stall.
