Avalon to host movie nights on the beach

Dare to watch 'Jaws' so close to the water?

Spending the summer at the Shore? Avalon, New Jersey, will host host free movie nights on the beach from June through August.

Family-friendly flicks will be screened on Tuesdays at 30th Street beach. Below is the lineup.

June 27 - "Sing"
July 3 - "Star Wars: Rogue One"
July 11 - "Pete's Dragon"
July 18 - "Secret Life of Pets"
July 25 - "Moana"
Aug. 1 - "Jaws"
Aug. 8 - "Finding Dory"
Aug. 15 - "Storks"
Aug. 22 - "Jurassic World"

Each movie will begin at dusk. Free popcorn will be available to attendees and there will be some giveaways, too. 

Just remember to bring a beach chair or blanket for the screening.
