Developer Cross Properties has revealed plans for a new housing project that will support Drexel University's growing foodie community with a state-of-the-art facility including an incubator space, a food lab and a commercial kitchen.
The $20 million project, called the Good Foods Flat, will primarily aim to accommodate students enrolled in Drexel's Hospitality and Sports Management program, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
