½ cup of apple sauce
½ cup of milk (almond, coconut, etc.)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1.5 cups of flour (gluten-free, oat, etc.)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
