Homemade Applesauce — makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
• 4 apples, chopped
• ½ cup of water
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix together apples, water, and spices. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until apples are soft.
  2. Cool apples and mash with a fork or use an immersion blender to reach desired consistency.
