Report: Bill Cosby is 'completely blind,' confined to home in Pennsylvania

Bill Cosby is “completely blind” and confined to his Pennsylvania home, according to a new report from the New York Post‘s Page Six.

Citing a "well-placed source," the report claims the 79-year-old comedian and accused rapist is suffering from keratoconus, a degenerative eye disorder, that has left Cosby confined to his home.

The source told Page Six:

“His alleged victims may take some solace in the fact that he’s in his own personal hell. He has been suffering from a degenerative eye disease and is completely blind... All his Hollywood friends have turned their backs on him.

“He is confined to his house in Pennsylvania, and the only person on his side is his wife, Camille, who is masterminding his defense. His only friends are the small army of lawyers on his payroll.”

Cosby's lawyers did not respond to the report.

Lawyers have been seen leading Cosby by his arms to and from courthouses.

Dozens of women have alleged that Cosby sexually assaulted them over a span of 47 years. He has denied the allegations.

In a Montgomery County courtroom, Cosby was ordered to stand trial in a criminal case. In that case, Cosby faces multiple sexual assault charges. If convicted, Cosby could receive a maximum 10-year prison sentence.

Cosby is also facing numerous civil cases nationwide.
