SEPTA riders woke up Monday to good news but still faced a daunting morning commute.
Equipment problems have caused major delays along most of the transit agency's Regional Rail lines.
SEPTA officials said the following lines were operating with delays up to 30 minutes due to signal problems: Newark, Elwyn, Doylestown, Cynwyd, West Trenton, Warminster, Thorndale, Norristown, Fox Chase, Chestnut Hill West and Airport.
Additionally, power issues on the Chestnut Hill West and Fox Chase lines are forcing delays up to an hour and cancellations.

Earlier this morning, SEPTA and Transport Workers Union Local 234 reached an agreement to end a six-day strike that shut down the system's bus, subway and trolley services.
SEPTA officials said that those services would resume gradually. At 9 a.m., the Broad Street and Market-Frankford Lines began operating.
The entire system is expected to be fully operational within 24 hours.
