It sure seems like the Eagles are considering Oklahoma RB Joe Mixon

When Doug Pederson was asked what type of running back he values in his offense, he pretty much just described what you might find on Joe Mixon's scouting report.

Jeffrey Lurie says Eagles will not appear on HBO's Hard Knocks this year

Can we apply Andy Reid's stance on players with domestic violence history to the Eagles?

No, Andy Reid isn't the coach of the Philadelphia Eagles anymore, and he doesn't make decisions for them presently. However, if you haven't noticed, the Eagles have made efforts in many ways to get back to the way things were run when he was the guy in charge. Joe Mixon a perfect fit for Eagles' offense, but would they consider drafting him?

PHOENIX – In a similar way that former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was the face of dogfighting as much as he was known for being a special athlete when owner Jeffrey Lurie gave his approval to sign him eight years ago, Oklahoma Sooners running back Joe Mixon's talents are overshadowed for a domestic violence incident.
