Sam Bradford returned to the Philadelphia Eagles Monday, after a three-week long hissy fit directed at Eagles management for trading up for quarterback Carson Wentz in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

During Doug Pederson's introductory press conference as the Eagles' new head coach, owner Jeffrey Lurie announced that the team would be conducting a search for a new "player personnel head." That search was later put on hold until the conclusion of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Of Wentz, Sam Bradford, and Chase Daniel, Wentz is by far the most physically gifted. Wentz is the biggest of the three, he has the strongest arm, and he's the only legitimate threat as a runner. If the mental side of the game comes quickly for Wentz, don't be surprised if he plays a lot sooner than many are anticipating.

In a retirement scenario, Bradford would have to pay back the $5.5 million he already received in signing bonuses, and he would of course never see the other $5.5 million he's set to receive by September 1, or his base salary.
