Fake nurse sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison for sexual assaults at Montgomery County urgent care clinics
Ramon Garcia, 34, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in state prison Monday after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting and spying on women at Carbon Health Urgent Care clinics in Jenkintown and Dresher. More than a dozen women told police that Garcia posed as a nurse to provide care he wasn't authorized to administer.March 24, 2025
