Ramon Garcia, 34, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in state prison Monday after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting and spying on women at Carbon Health Urgent Care clinics in Jenkintown and Dresher. More than a dozen women told police that Garcia posed as a nurse to provide care he wasn't authorized to administer.

Gary Busey, who was charged three years ago with groping women at a film convention in Cherry Hill, has applied to enter New Jersey's Pretrial Intervention Program for first-time offenders. The program allows some defendants, including those facing low-level sexual offenses, to have their cases dismissed and later expunged if they successfully complete court-ordered requirements.

The Exton Square Mall in Chester County has been sold to Abrams Realty, which plans to demolish the mall and build hundreds of homes, new retail stores and other amenities. The 52-year-old mall was sold by Philadelphia-based company PREIT, which has sought to sell land at several of its malls for residential development.

Phillies, Flyers and 76ers games can now be streamed live on NBC Sports Philadelphia with an add-on package to a Peacock subscription, the network said Tuesday. The add-on, exclusive to subscribers in the Philly market, will cost $24.95 per month. The package is the first to allow viewers to watch these games without a cable subscription.
