A woman was found dead at a home in West Philadelphia on Monday afternoon with multiple dog bites and cuts, police said. Police are unsure whether the dogs killed the woman or if the marks on her body were made after her death. The incident happened on the 4100 block of Parrish Street in the city's Mantua neighborhood. Authorities did not immediately identify the woman who was killed.
