Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 diced white onion
• 1 minced jalapeño (remove the seeds for a less spicy chili)
• 4 minced garlic cloves
• 1 pound of ground turkey
• ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
• 1 large diced sweet potato
• 1 lime, zest grated and juiced
• 1 (14.5-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
• 1 (15.5-ounce) can of black beans
• 1 teaspoon of cumin
• ¾ teaspoon of chili powder
• ½ teaspoon of black pepper
