Nick Sirianni and the Eagles will be tasked with finding a new offensive coordinator, and possibly other coaching positions.

After trudging through the 2025 season with a bad, boring offense, the Philadelphia Eagles relieved offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo of his duties. We'll see if more firings of positional coaches are to follow. Here we'll keep track of all the hirings, firings, interviews, and noteworthy rumors in one place. Most recent entries at the top of the tracker:

Michael Clay is interviewing for the Buccaneers' open special teams coordinator job (1/15)

(Report via Mike Garafolo.)

The Eagles struggled on special teams at times in 2025, though their biggest issue was Jake Elliott missing kicks, which doesn't have much to do with Clay. The Eagles did win a couple of games partly because they blocked kicks, against the Rams and Bills.

The Eagles 'have poked around on' Charlie Weis Jr. for their open offensive coordinator job (1/15)

(Report via Pat Leonard.)

Weis was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Ole Miss under Lane Kiffin from 2022-2025. He is expected follow Kiffin to LSU, pending other offers. Ole Miss won playoff games over Tulane and Georgia, before falling to Miami in the semi-final. Along the way, quarterback Trinidad Chambliss had a breakout season, finishing eighth in Heisman voting.

Weis is only 32 years of age.

Report says Mike McDaniel and Brian Daboll are at the top of the Eagles' OC list (1/14)

(Report via Dianna Russini.)

McDaniel was most recently the head coach of the Miami Dolphins, where he compiled a 35-33 record over four seasons. The Dolphins' offense was on an upward trajectory during McDaniel's first two seasons, but it stalled in 2024 and cratered in 2025.

McDaniel comes from the Shanahan tree, and his offenses are heavy on pre-snap motion, misdirection, and timing. In many ways, his offense is totally unlike the Eagles' current offensive scheme. And maybe that's not a bad thing. If McDaniel is truly atop the Eagles' wish list, that could be a signal that they are willing to trash Nick Sirianni's offense for something new.

Daboll was most recently the Giants' head coach. He had a 20-40-1 career record before being fired in-season. He was just generally an embarrassment, as he regularly threw temper tantrums on the sidelines, directed at officials, players, and even the team doctor. In the aftermath of a win over the Eagles this season, Daboll was harshly criticized for interfering with team doctors trying to conduct necessary testing within the confines of the concussion protocol, after Jaxson Dart showed concussion symptoms.

Daboll did have some success as the offensive coordinator for the Bills from 2018-2021, as he was credited for helping develop Josh Allen. He was also the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the 2017 Crimson Tide, the team that benched Jalen Hurts in the National Championship Game in favor of Tua Tagovailoa.

We'll have more complete bios for McDaniel and/or Daboll if they officially interview with the Eagles.

Eagles defensive pass game coordinator and defensive backs coach Christian Parker to interview with the Cowboys for the open defensive coordinator job (1/14)

(Report via Jordan Schultz.)

Parker has been with the Eagles the last two seasons, and before that, three seasons with the Denver Broncos. In his half decade with those two teams, he has helped with the development of star players such as Patrick Surtain, Quinyon Mitchell, and Cooper DeJean, and has been mentored by a legend in Vic Fangio.

He is probably the Eagles positional coach most likely to find a coordinator job this offseason. The Eagles are bracing to lose him, though I'm sure they would prefer that not be to the Cowboys.

Kliff Kingsbury and Kevin Stefanski will "get a real look for the Eagles offensive coordinator position" (1/13)

(Report via Josina Anderson.)

Kingsbury is best known for his four-year head coaching tenure in Arizona, a span during which the Cardinals had a 28-37-1 record. It's worth noting that when the Eagles were looking for a new offensive coordinator during the 2024 offseason, Kingsbury interviewed with the Eagles, but the job ultimately went to Kellen Moore.

Kingsbury instead became the Commanders' offensive coordinator, helping lead them to the NFC Championship Game in 2024 under superstar rookie Jayden Daniels. In 2025, Daniels wasn't a superstar so much, the Commanders went 5-12, and Kingsbury was fired.

Stefanski was the Browns' head coach for the last six years, twice winning NFL Coach of the Year honors. However, the Browns suffered through an 8-26 record the last two seasons, mainly because they had bad quarterbacks. He finished with a 45-56 record during his time in Cleveland, making the playoffs twice.

Stefanski is a Philly native who attended St. Joe's Prep and UPenn.

Kingsbury and Stefanski are both interviewing for head coaching jobs around the league, so taking a coordinator position with the Eagles or any other team would be a fallback option. We'll have more detailed bios on Kingsbury or Stefanski if they actually interview with the Eagles.
