Florida developer Glen Straub's welcome to Atlantic City continues to go awry, as the state of New Jersey will require him to use different generators to power the dormant Revel Casino.
According to the
Courier-Post, the three portable generator trucks Straub sent to the site on Tuesday have been nixed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection on grounds that they would probably violate the pollution standards of the federal Clean Air Act.
Straub was told that smaller, newer generators would meet the standards.
