The bodies were discovered when a woman entered her home on the 200 block of Washington Street around 9:00 a.m., NBC 10 reports.
The deaths are being investigated as a double homicide, but police have declined to release further information. Neighbors told NBC 10 they witnessed a man being led out of the house in hand cuffs.
"They brought the young man out," said Danita Ford, one of the neighbors. "He had on boxer shorts and he was full of blood. They put him in an ambulance with handcuffs."
Investigators would not confirm the eyewitness account but did inform NBC 10 that the community is safe and should not fear that a killer is on the loose.
