Nik Stauskas is currently shooting threes at Stockton University with the rest of the Sixers during training camp. Before coming to Philly, the second-year shooting guard went on a tour of Canada where he was promoting awareness for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
This led Stauskas to do some pretty ridiculous things, like playing weatherman in Calgary. But maybe nothing takes the cake likethe video below, where the Canadian is shooting all sorts of balls and food into a basketball hoop from three-point range. In fact, cake is probably the only thing Stauskas didn’t launch from distance:
Pretty good effort, I’d say. The Sixers probably hope Stauskas can replicate the success he had shooting a cabbage this season.
