East Passyunk Avenue's new, weekly, summer happy hour and sidewalk market, dubbed the Passyunk Passeggiata, takes place on Thursdays from 5 to 7 p.m. The first will be held July 11. Participating bars will offer $5 beers, $6 wines and $7 cocktails and appetizers through Aug. 31.
