The FBI and Philadelphia Police are seeking to identify a man who allegedly robbed a bank Thursday in Old City.
The suspect entered the TD Bank branch at 399 Market Street around 1:40 p.m. and handed a teller a demand note, police said. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the area.
Police described the suspect as a black man standing about 6-feet with a medium build. He was wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a white True Religion-brand baseball cap. He had a mustache and goatee.
The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about the subject or the robbery is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department at 215-686-8477. A reward may be available for information leading to the suspect's arrest.
