Police said Ronald Graham, who also goes by the name "Roland," is wanted for his alleged involvement in a shooting that injured a North Philly Church's Chicken employee over the weekend.

The Philadelphia Police have made an arrest in the shooting at a North Philly Church's Chicken restaurant from earlier this week that injured a 19-year-old employee.

Officers arrested Ronald "Roland" Graham, a 70-year-old homeless man, on Thursday, and he has been charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, violation of the uniform firearms act, simple assault and related offenses.

Police said Graham was apprehended at about 7:20 a.m. by SEPTA police after he was found on riding a Route 23 bus.

On Tuesday, police had named Graham as a suspect in the shooting, which occurred just before 5:26 p.m. Sunday at the Church's Chicken restaurant on the 3600 block of North Broad Street.

According to police, the incident occurred after Graham got into an argument with an employee of the restaurant and left the building. He allegedly returned with a gun and fired three times into the eatery, striking a 19-year-old employee in the chest. The shooting victim is the brother of the employee that had argued with Graham and also an employee at the restaurant.

The injured employee was transported to Temple University Hospital, where police said he was listed in stable condition.
