If you’re craving something sweet but still want to keep things on the healthier side, these no-bake chocolate almond treats are a great option. They use basic ingredients you may already have at home, come together without turning on the oven and get a little extra texture from oats, chocolate chips and toasted coconut. They are also diabetes-friendly, so they make a handy snack to keep in the fridge for the week.
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1/4 cup of almond milk
• 3/4 cup of almond butter
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 scoop of stevia powder
• 1/8 teaspoon of of sea salt
• 3 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder
• 1 1/4 cups of rolled oats
• 3 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup of shredded toasted coconut
