Police seek gunmen in Port Richmond homicide/robbery

Philadelphia police are seeking help identifying these men, who authorities believe are involved in the robbery and shooting death of Ryan Kelly, 21, that occurred on Nov. 26 in Port Richmond.

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's help identifying two men who law enforcement officials believe are responsible for a homicide and robbery that occurred on Nov. 26 in Port Richmond.

Police said the two men are wanted after they killed a 21-year-old man in a robbery that occurred at about 5:09 a.m. on the 3500 block of Almond St. 

According to law enforcement officials, at that time, police responded to a radio call of a "person with a gun," and upon their arrival at the listed location, officers found the shooting victim, Ryan Kelly, 21, from the 3600 block of Almond St., lying on the highway with a gunshot wound to the chest. 

Police said that Kelly was transported to Temple Hospital, where he subsequently succumbed to his injury and was pronounced dead at 5:31 a.m.

Police said that a $20,000 reward is offered on all homicide cases.
