The Eagles tendered a one-year contract to restricted free agent Matt Tobin this morning. He was presumably tendered by the team at the “original round” price of approximately $1.67 million, which is the lowest tender a restricted free agent can receive.

Eagles one of first teams to meet with Memphis QB Paxton Lynch at NFL Combine

At the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, each NFL team is allowed 60 "formal" visits for 15 minutes apiece with college prospects entering the NFL draft. One of the Eagles' 60 visits was Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch. Interestingly, the Eagles were one of the first teams to meet with him, according to NFL.com's Path to the Draft series.
